“People are exhausted - they’ve been working flat out ever since the pandemic.” NHS Confederation director Layla McCay tells mattfrei striking healthcare workers are “anxious about delivering care” at the moment.

mattfrei Most nurses in hospitals work 3 days a week, 12 hours shifts. If they are exhausted working long shifts, switch to a 5 day week like most workers.
