Hydrogen is the way forward not electricity as a single electric car has already done so much damage to the environment. There are going to be allot of obsolete cars in a few years and people who have made a terrible financial mistake.
The national grid wouldn't cope if everyone plugged their cars in after work. Our infrastructure isn't up to the job.
You're be lucky to get one front garden parking space for that electric car with no on-road parking nearby. Most have 2 or 3 per house nowadays. We really haven't moved on from the 60s have we Boris. Have you seen the footprint of affordable house housing nowadays
