Offstreet parking. When are councils going to stop people leaving their personal belongings clogging up residential streets? Road infra is not built for storage!

I hope they don't do it like this photo though, that's a health and safety nightmare! And pavements need to be kept accessible for people in wheelchairs, pushing prams etc, and with visual impairments.

How does that work for flats and houses with no off road parking ?
