The chancellor’s wife has belatedly agreed to pay UK tax on her worldwide income

As Anna Isaac, our economics editor, reported on Wednesday, Ms Murty is a non-dom: that is, she is a non-domiciled person for tax purposes.

They haven’t done the right thing though. The right thing would have been to be honest and pay the right amount of tax in the first place. Plus there’s the fishy non-Dom status and green card. They wouldn’t have paid a penny if they hadn’t have got caught out !!!
