'Eat out to help out': a forlorn dream for those struggling to feed a familyThe government is spending about £500m to pay people to go to restaurants, while families in poverty get next to nothing Trampoline. Everyone's nightmare. Expensive. I thought the UK Sikhs will feed Punjabi basmati rice pulao to the tramps.
