The 50 year old soap star, who is best known for playing the role of Kat Slater, was restrained by police after allegedly assaulting a police officer on 19 June in Bury St. Edmonds, Suffolk.
Jessie has accepted a conditional caution for the incident outside the nightclub. A conditional caution is not a conviction, but is used as an alternative to a charge and recorded on the Police National Computer. At the time of the arrest, a statement issued to OK! Online by Suffolk Police read: "A 50 year-old woman was arrested early on Sunday morning in St Andrew’s Street, Bury St Edmunds, on suspicion of assaulting a police officer/drunk and disorderly conduct and was released without charge after receiving a conditional caution."
