Dawn raids resulted in the arrest of a man they believe is the ringleader of an operation recruiting children to deal drugs in Swindon
The dawn raids carried out yesterday resulted in the arrest of a man, 27, alleged to be the ringleader of the network exploiting children in Swindon. Sergeant Nathan Perry said: ‘We found the person we’re looking for, we’ve managed to safeguard the children who were at risk and we’ve found drugs.‘The difficulty with this type of drugs operation is that it’s specifically targeting very young children in order to get them to deal drugs.
