In February, South Staffordshire Council served an enforcement notice ordering owners ATE Farms to rebuild the building in Himley to the state it was in prior to a fire It says after council officers left the site there were further issues and ‘it had not been foreseen that removal of the three elements instructed would render the remainder of the building unsafe’.
