A care home in Spalding has been told it 'Requires Improvement' by the CQC for the third inspection running, remaining in breach of safety regulation.
An inspection was called following concerns over risk and medicines management, as well as infection control. Both questions of"Is the service safe?" and"Is the service well-led?" scored 'Requires Improvement' at this latest inspection, with the care home remaining in breach of regulations in the eyes of the Care Quality Commission.
Medicines were found to have been"not always safely managed", but where concerns were raised, the manager would always work with local authorities and healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort and care of their patients.
