Over a dozen people had to be evacuated, and one man rescued from a van, after flash flooding hit north-west London.

A total of 14 people have been evacuated to safety during flash flooding in north-west LondonA man trapped inside a van had to be rescued by firefighters after heavy rain caused flash flooding in London.

Six fire engines and 40 firefighters from London Fire Bridge were deployed to Tokyngton Avenue, Wembley, after flooding was first reported in the area at 15:40 BST.Fourteen other people were also evacuated to safety.
