Corrie's Kirk star 'signed up' for new job away from cobbles after reunion

Coronation Street star Andy Whyment may have a new job on his hand after he joined an I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here reunion in Manchester. The actor headed out with his wife Nicola and their daughter, Hollie, to watch Diversity perform in the city as part of their Supernova tour.

Posting a beaming snap of the pair backstage to Instagram, Andy, who is famed for playing Kirk Sutherland in ITV's Corrie, said: "It was great to catch up with my jungle pal @jordanbanjo backstage after @diversity_official Supernova, if you’ve got tickets for the show you’re in for a treat me @nicski31 and @holliewhyment10 absolutely loved it, hope the rest of the tour goes well.

"After watching @diversity_official today who were amazing, I was hoping I might get a call for the next tour @jordanbanjo @ashleybanjo," he captioned the post which was quickly responded to by the dancers.
