Greg Abbott, who previously ordered bars to reopen to attempt to restart the economy, has issued a new warning over the outbreak.

In California, a number of bars have been ordered to close as coronavirus cases again surge in America.

The rise in cases has been seen most in a handful of southern and western states that reopened earlier and more quickly.
