Coronavirus: Supermarkets in Wales have cordoned off 'non-essential items' - shoppers are furious

Who decides whats essential? If I cut my finger, I need a plaster/bandage. Not essential to anyone else at the time, but to me, very important. Winter, I need a thick duvet, I could die of cold. You may have one, so not essential to you.

The idea is to stop ppl going to “window shop” for things there’s no immediate need for and mingling with others. Most ppl can either shop online themselves or know someone who can shop for them.
