Everyone arriving has to follow the same “lockdown” advice we all do so putting people in enforced quarantine seems futile. Given the airlines are running at about an average 10% inbound load factor since lockdown (except for repatriation flights) the risk is minimal.

Well both of these seem to be relevant to me now, stuck in another country, haven't seen anybody for 8 weeks and if I do get home I will be imprisoned for another 2 weeks. I give up I cannot take this any more.
