For all the times 'non-traditional' things were described as an exotic thing.

When actor and comedian Quincy went to France and tucked into a traditional French delicacy, he decided to have fun with it.In doing so he demonstrated how ridiculous it can be when cultural items, like the crepe is to the French, are reduced to a foreign version of something else instead of a cultural item in their own right.

The joke resonated with many others, as the post racked up thousands of likes and retweets in the space of a few hours.
