'How do working mums pay for childcare?'

Unless your on £20 an hour minimum it doesn’t seem worth it financially! My daughters nursery is £60 a day, and for me to work those hours I’d earn about £70…

Not worth doing, you may as well stay home with the baby when you only end up earning a tenner by going to work!! I’ve decided to go back to uni, which is why she’s in nursery, but I have to use my entire maintenance loan to pay the childcare fees, in the same way I’d have to use my entire wage to pay childcare if I was working!

The short cut: miniskirts are back – in picturesThe tiny hemline that’s big on attitude is having a revival. For inspiration, go back to the miniskirt’s 1960s heyday Could make some sort of joke about Tory MPs but I'll resist the temptation. Were they ever gone? I must be getting past it. Although I have fond memories of women of the sixties/seventies wearing miniskirts. I was admiring the white and green building. What building style is it?

Kwasi Kwarteng says closing parliament's bars would be 'excessively puritanical' as MPs call for culture changeMr Kwarteng also admitted that the scheme to deal with sexual misconduct allegations in parliament, which was set up in 2018, 'isn't working sufficiently well' but 'needs time to really get going'. So out of touch! work places with bars? Many workplaces would treat it as Gross misconduct if you were drinking alcohol whilst at work. Of course Kwasi wants to keep subsidised drinks for him & his Tory friends. One rule for them, one rule for us! Culture & Govchange required The bars and restaurants should not be subsidised by the tax payers. Many working people can't afford basics yet MPs with a £2.000 pay rise don't pay full price at Westminster. IMO alcohol shouldn't be consumed in any workplace whilst working. Put in place the same arrangements in the HoC as exists in the NHS. And absolutely no booze during working hours.
