Business Secretary isolating and tested for Covid-19 after falling ill in the Commons

The suspected case of Covid-19 in the chamber came a just day after MPs approved the Government's plan toThe return to the House saw farcical scenes as MPs queued for up to 44 minutes to vote as the line snaked through Westminster.

Labour shadow minister Toby Perkins said: "This is ridiculous. It was clear that Alok Sharma looked unwell. The size of the chamber has made it difficult for some MPs to keep their distance as they try to swap seats or move around.
