Mum wet herself when River Island staff refused access to toilet despite illnessA mum who has a rare condition which makes her incontinent was forced to wet herself in the middle of River Island after staff didn’t let her use the toilet. Very sad situation, however Bianca knew of her condition and the store staff didn’t. Maybe Bianca could of been more prepared…..maybe the journalist could reflect on retail workers being front and centre during the pandemic, whilst they were maybe tapping their keyboard at home That’s why it’s called River Island. Piss poor service. Don’t have a short memory and demonise retail staff for lazy journalism.
