UK terrorism threat downgraded to 'substantial'It is the lowest the threat level has been since 2014 but the government warns it is still high. The threat of a Corbyn Government is still severe though - potentially moving up to extreme due to Corbyn’s past terrorist associations. Substantial still sounds pretty severe to me. That’s probably not a good idea!
