DFS refused to pay for a door damaged during sofa deliveryI was not told that I need to inspect my property before ‘signing’ on a fingerprint scanner Urgh. The goodwill gesture comes across as patronising way od refusing ro accept blame. DFS not a good look when your customer spent £3k. something similar happened to me with Comet. Wasn't sad to see them go out of business a year later given their terrible customer service. Simple action via small claims court

Supershoppers team go undercover at DFS to expose how they manage to have sales all year roundEVER wondered why the DFS sale never seems to end? And just what happens to the sofas after promotions do finish? Supershoppers went undercover to lift the lid on the UK’s biggest sofa retailer and… Under it's previous owner and founder, DFS was actually a really good place to work. They were never dodgy, but they were also never forthcoming with the facts. We've all seen 'Sale Ends Sunday' on the adverts - but WHICH Sunday? You don’t need to be a super shopper undercover to figure it out. their trick is - be super nice when browsing. Kiss ass when considering. Utterly bullshit your way through a sale then don’t give a flying £:(& while customer waiting for delayed order!
