BORIS Johnson is preparing to make a final Brexit offer to the EU next week - ahead of a crunch summit.

The PM has insisted he won't seek another extension from Brussels, even though a new law forces him to.Remainer MPs are meeting in Parliament today to discuss how to force Boris to comply with the Benn Act - which the PM calls the "Surrender Act".The SNP want to force a vote of no confidence in Boris and install a temporary PM to get a Brexit extension.
