Police bodycam footage captured the moment autistic black man Louis Grahai, 20, was tasered by officers in a Florida neighborhood. Eustis Police were called Saturday when a white female neighbor reported that Grahai was rattling her door and mistook it for a burglary attempt. Grahai is non-verbal and is said to have the mental capacity of a four-year-old.
Poor white woman didn’t know black guys can rattle their knobs w/impunity.
Frightening for the woman I would think, any woman come to that. You would think someone was trying to break in. Also the Police never new his circumstances so did what they thought was right at the time.
