The presenter fell ill on Wednesday

BBC presenter Deborah James was taken to hospital yesterday suffering with a high fever and dehydration, just days after celebrating success with her chemotherapy.

‘Have spent the last 8 hours being pumped full of antibiotics and fluids – lots of fluids! Feeling better already! Hope this is a fly by visit!’ Days before her hospital visit, the broadcaster shared positive news with fans regarding her cancer battle after undergoing a round of chemotherapy.
