Antony Worrall Thompson says he believes in ‘freedom of choice’ after pub displays ‘anti-vax’ sign

“I was forced to eat food I didn’t like as a child and couldn’t leave the table until I had. It only left me with food hates and bad memories of my mother,” one Twitter user said.

Free to choose a different establishment to patronise. Dick.

Choice on both sides I guess

Indeed: Freedom to choose whether or not to pay for his shopping

I’d defo exercise my right to freedom of choice by never entering it with all the filthy contagious anti-vaxxers, breathing their germs over every one

Good on him. People should be free to choose whether they want to be jabbed, just like traffic signals should be a matter of individual conscience. It's not for the govt to decide whether I kill kids or not.

He displayed this when he previously thought this freedom of choice included freedom of whether or not to pay for goods in shops…

He is entirely correct that all should have a choice but people also have a choice not to use an establisment like that should they choose. Cant have itboth ways.

Everybody believes in freedom of choice. You can get a vaccine and go to the cinema - or you can go unvaccinated and go to outdoor events only. It’s up to you.

You are free to not take a vaccine, but that decision will have consequences. Thank you for attending my TED talk
