Amazon's £19 gadget that 'works wonders' to stop period pains

Amazon shoppers are praising a product that "works wonders" on period pain. The Period Pain Relief Machine has racked up hundreds of rave reviews, with some claiming it "takes the pain away straight away."

The heating pad has three heating temperature modes and three vibration massage modes. It is recommended to start at the lowest heating temperature for the first use, then adjust the heating level suitable for you. After 30 minutes of continuous use, the period cramp massage will automatically shut down.

A second wrote: "Don't buy anything more expensive when this one does the job perfectly well. I bought this for my severe period cramps, after years of struggling. I often am glued to a hot water bottle during my period, and I bought this to help me at work . I wasn't expecting much given the price point but I was pleasantly surprised."
