Cartoonist Matt deftly combines the two stories, depicting a man who says he has bought a tiny mask for his phone to prevent the spread of Huawei.To really get the message across to readers, the Daily Express underlines the word"will" in its headline"You will have to wear masks in shops". The paper also carries a story about a gin going on sale with botanicals taken from the Queen's garden at Buckingham Palace.

Ridiculous decision. If the virus was as dangerous as first believed, thousands of shop workers would've died. They've been working with next to no protection, dealing sometimes with hundreds of strangers a day. Instead, this will kill the retail sector.
Can I just ask, now we are well in to July, and the death rate today was 11 (yes, I know it's the weekend) why we weren't asked to wear masks earlier? Is it for the same reason that this 'Government' have simply reacted to social media while claiming it was all on 'medical advice

See if they implemented these rules earlier the virus might not have spread as much, but then again people are stupid and will find a way
