Brexiteer MPs must remember that Theresa May's deal is far better than no Brexit

The British people are heartily sick of their machinations over Brexit and they want Britain to leave the EU properly, not stay in a single market under Brussels rule or be asked to vote again. Jacob Rees-Mogg is right that perpetual penal servitude to Brussels is not acceptable. But Brexiteer MPs must remember that Theresa May's deal is far better than no Brexit, and that is what the Remainer Parliament seems set to try to deliver.

well how is an arm twisted up your back better than hands free hands on !?

I think you will find that REMAINING is far better than May's deal!! May's deal will see people dying because of a lack of radiopharmaceuticals! A no deal brexit will see people dying because of a lack of radiopharmaceuticals! Remaining means NO lack of radiopharmaceuticals!

A properly prepared for NoDealBrexit is better than either, by a long way. MaysDeal is an appalling deal that would handicap the UK way into the future and no Brexit would be an absolutely unacceptable scandal of seismic proportions.

total bollocks stop brexshit is better

That's no consolation. We need it right and her waffle of an agreement is unacceptable.

....what utter nonsense 👎

If you vote 'out', what is it that you don't understand about 'out'

What happened to ' No Deal is better than a Bad Deal'. We didn't vote for a Deal we voted to Leave! May's Deal is Remain & one we can't get out of. Brexit NoDeal NoDealBrexit

Testicles.

Brexiteer MP's have a point. Out meant Out & In meant In. A deal was never on the ballot. All you can say is Remain voters knew what they were voting for whilst Leave voters voted for the version of Leave they had in their minds - be it a fantastic deal or no deal on WTO rules.

....but being tied to Brussels with May’s “ backstop Deal” isn’t Brexit. The only Brexit now is a No Deal Brexit which puts the GFA into proper perspective.

Actually May's deal is worse than no brexit.

Why not join the 'I am Stupid Chorus' the daily express has, repeating old arguments is not going to help. The deal will be voted down unless the EU makes a concession on the Irish backstop time limit. What happens after that is anyones guess.

Remaining is the best deal!

That your opinion! No Deal Brexit is the real

Tory MPs express unease over £1.6bn boost for poorer townsGuaranteed extra spending worth only 58p per person in east and south-east of England I live in a Northern town, and I express unease! Bribery after years of imposed austerity, doesn't sit well... The £1.6bn over four years at this time is not a bribe by Brokenshire, it is a gesture, yes a gesture, of the utmost disdain for the poorer towns. I expect he will follow his largesse proposal with a 'Now go and buy yourselves some cake'. Will they suggest this is to 'buy the little extras they need'?

Brexit looms, MPs fret... and Geoffrey Cox shouts about his codpiece.MichaelPDeacon: 'EU sources claim that they still aren’t sure what Geoffrey Cox wants and this raises some serious questions, the first one being: are they deaf?' MichaelPDeacon They did this with the Greeks too. It's SOP for the EU. If you're not saying what they want to hear, they go deaf and pantomime incomprehension. Just like Parisian waiters when I essay my schoolchild French. MichaelPDeacon EU is blatantly mocking both Geoffrey_Cox & theresa_may over Brexit. Brussels isn't deaf, just ignorant. MichaelPDeacon Or Cox didn't explain himself clearly or just repeated past statements - after all that is all his Master does - she just keeps repeating the same thing & nothing gets accomplished. Every time someone asks PM question in Parliament, she just repeats canned nonsensical answers
