LAHORE – Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar on Monday has said that the name of ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif would be removed from the Exit Control List today.
He said that the former premier would be allowed to go anywhere for medical treatment after his name is excluded from the ECL. Nawaz Sharif was scheduled to travel UK on Qatar Airways flight QR629 today. However, his ticket has been canceled as the authorities have not removed his name from ECL yet.
