THE Bureau of Immigration (BI) has issued two Alert List Orders against expelled Negros Oriental Representative Arnulfo A. Teves, Jr. in connection with the murder charges filed against him for the killing of Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo and 10 other individuals last year.

THE Bureau of Immigration has issued two Alert List Orders against expelled Negros Oriental Representative Arnulfo A. Teves, Jr. in connection with the murder charges filed against him for the killing of Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo and 10 other individuals last year.

His travel authority has expired on March 9, 2023 while the killing of Degamo and 10 others happened on March 4, 2023. The Manila RTC held that Teves can be considered a fugitive from justice due to his failure to return to the country to face the charges against him.
