MANILA - Rains will persist in parts of Luzon on Monday afternoon as tropical depression Jenny enters the country.
Moderate to heavy rains accompanied by lightning and strong winds are expected over Metro Manila, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Pampanga and Bataan late Monday afternoon, state weather bureau PAGASA said.Jenny is expected to make landfall in the northern part of Luzon, PAGASA said on Monday monring.
