Greenhills hostage-taker Alchie Paray refuted claims that illegal drugs were planted on him during his arrest following the hostage-taking incident on Monday.

Members of the Philippine National Police in civilian clothing arrest hostage taker and former security guard Alchie Paray while addressing the media after he agreed come out and release his hostages he held for 10 hours in Greenhills, San Juan City last March 2.

According to the report from the San Juan City Police, the cases were filed at 8 a.m. before Assistant City Prosecutor Esperanza Arceo-Paras of the San Juan City Prosecutor’s Office. He was allegedly sacked after being absent without leave . Paray later released his hostages and surrendered to authorities on the condition that he be given a chance to air his concerns.In a video provided to the media by San Juan City Police Chief Col. Jaime Santos, Paray clarified that no illegal drugs were planted on him during his arrest following the hostage-taking incident on Monday.
