Filipino SPED teacher named Alaska's 'Educator of the Year'

NEW YORK - After receiving the Individual of the Year Award for Special Education in Inclusive Practices from the Governor’s Council on Disabilities and Special Education in Alaska , once again, Special Education Teacher Dale Originally from Cagayan de Oro City and now in his fourth year of teaching in Alaska , Ebcas has earned respect for his dedication to teaching and his commitment to inclusivity, particularly his dedication to teaching kids with different exceptionalities.

The State of Alaska Department of Education Commissioner Deenah Bishop personally congratulated Ebcas for his exceptional dedication to teaching students at Gregory Elementary School in the Kalskag Kuspuk School District in Alaska, USA.The Educator of the Year award ceremony not only recognized Ebcas but also celebrated the significant contributions of the top 20 educators, who were nominated from various parts of Alaska.
