MANILA - The Department of Foreign Affairs on Sunday said 1 more Filipino abroad has gotten sick with COVID-19, raising the total of overseas infections among Filipino citizens to 6,141.

Eleven more Filipinos abroad, meanwhile, recovered from COVID-19, with the total now at 2,862.Weekend figures reported by the DFA’s Foreign Service Posts from a few countries in the Americas and the Middle East, reveal only 1 new confirmed COVID-19 case among Filipinos abroad, 11 new recoveries, and 1 new death in the Middle East. @teddyboylocsin pic.twitter.

In the Philippines, COVID-19 has so far sickened 29,400 people, with 1,150 deaths and 7,650 recoveries. -- With a report from Willard Cheng, ABS-CBN News
