A former parliamentarian in the United Kingdom, George Galloway, has vowed to ensure that the alleged criminal past of Nigerian President, Bola Tinubu is revealed to the world. The Briton who was a member of the UK Parliament from 1987 to 2015 has taken a sudden and keen interest in President Tinubu after the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), which he chairs severed ties with Niger and imposed crippling economic sanctions after a military coup toppled the country's democratically elected president.

A former parliamentarian in the United Kingdom, George Galloway, has vowed to ensure that the alleged criminal past of Nigerian President, Bola Tinubu is revealed to the world.

Galloway while condemning the swooping sanctions resulting in Nigeria cutting power supply to the troubled country, took to his Twitter account to lambast President Tinubu and describe him as a drug dealer in the United States. Soon after, a former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, slammed Galloway, telling him that if he was looking for corrupt leaders, he should look within and to several Western Prime Ministers, Presidents, and leaders like George W.

He also admonished the Nigerian Judiciary to deliver a fair trial using the trending hashtag #AllEyesOnTheJudiciary which is a call to action for the judges presiding over the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.
