SaharaReporters earlier reported that residents of Ozalla community took to the streets of Enugu State capital on Wednesday to protest against the gruesome murder of Udeh, whose decomposing body was found penultimate Tuesday at 9th Mile Bypass in the Udi local government area.Udeh was reported to have disappeared after he left his house in the Golf Estate on Saturday, April 22, 2023, around 4:30 pm.
He said he would like to get to the root of the matter and ensure the killers are punished to serve as a deterrent to others and enhance the status of the state as one of the safest and most peaceful in the country.Governor Ugwuanyi pointed out that the death of Udeh is even more painful to him and the state government than his community, revealing his closeness to the deceased.
