Level 1 accidents include minor damage, such as a cracked windshield or damaged bumper. In the event of a Level 1 accident, the system will send a text message with the accident information to the vehicle’s preset emergency contact. The system will reject all calls from emergency and non-emergency contacts while the emergency call is in progress. Once the emergency call is over, the system will wait for an emergency callback. All calls from non-emergency contacts during this period will be rejected. All calls from the emergency contact or emergency service center will be routed through the terminal device associated with the vehicle.
