Of the total 1,292 affected areas, 594 areas including 260 in Kuala Selangor, 176 in Gombak, 81 in Kuala Lumpur and 47 in Klang will have water supply restored by 8am on Wednesday according to a schedule published by Air Selangor on Monday evening.
The remaining 432 areas include Kuala Lumpur , Klang , Petaling and Gombak are expected to have water supply fully restored by 8am on Friday.Air Selangor stated that as of 6pm on Monday, the water treatment process at the Sungai Selangor Phase 1,2, 3 and Rantau Panjang plants are operating at full output capacity to restore supply to main pipes and terminal ponds.
