The prime minister's special media adviser further adds it is also the rakyat's responsibility to ask them to reconsider their positions.

PETALING JAYA: Veteran journalist A Kadir Jasin has asked ministers, chief ministers and state exco members to voluntarily resign if they have failed to meet the mark after one year of taking over their posts.

“If there are those who are still crawling and feeling around a year after being given this opportunity, then it is our responsibility to ask them to reconsider their positions and, if needed, to voluntarily leave so that others can replace them,” said Kadir in his blog post. “The bottom 50 can be targeted to be replaced,” he said, while adding that those who voted for Pakatan Harapan have the right to assess who in their opinion had succeeded or failed to meet their aspirations.

“I am very conservative. I have been in the government for 22 years and I know how the government functions, but these people are new; they do not know how.”Kadir further revealed that some of those appointed by the Barisan Nasional government were still in their positions and loyal to their previous bosses, continuing to follow the old way of doing things.

Agreed as this Malaysia baru, performance comes first and only the best will stay.

You get my vote for this. Don’t burden pm alone. Too comfy for them now.
