Uggah says PCR test costly, but worth it

Deputy Chief Minister Douglas Uggah Embas says Sarawak is paying more for the PCR test and hotel quarantine for residents returning from overseas, ‘but it’s saving people’s lives’. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, July 8, 2020.
