SEMUA 111 sekolah yang ditutup akibat pencemaran sisa bahan kimia di Sungai Kim Kim tidak perlu mengadakan kelas gantian kerana cuti yang telah diisytiharkan untuk sekolah terlibat merupakan cuti bencana. Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Hal Ehwal Agama Islam dan Pendidikan negeri Aminolhuda Hassan berkata sesi pengajaran dan pembelajaran di semua sekolah berkenaan akan berjalan seperti biasa, selepas sekolah kembali dibuka pada Ahad ini.
