Three Perak reps who joined PBM still support state govt, says MB

“We still have 36 seats . They only changed their party.On Sunday , PBM president Larry Sng announced in Sibu that A. Sivasubramaniam and Paul Yong Choo Kiong had joined the party.The duo joined Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia last year after quitting DAP following the collapse of the Pakatan Harapan state government in 2020.

Another Perak representative who has joined PBM is Leong Cheok Keng , whose membership was terminated by DAP in January last year after he was believed to have joined MCA. Bersatu deputy president Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu, who was also at the press conference, said he was waiting for an explanation from Sivasubramaniam and Yong.“But it is okay. Today I’ve seen that the Perak government is still strong and I fully support Saarani’s administration,” he said.
