Terengganu cops nab duo suspected of burglarising Selangor footballer’s house

Selangor police chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan said the two suspects were aged 23 and 28 and apprehended after the Honda City car in which they were travelling was involved in road accident near Kilometer 23 on Jalan Kuala Terengganu-Kuantan in Marang on June 26.

Hussein said the two suspects have also been found involved in a series of robbery and burglary cases across Selangor, Terengganu, Pahang, and Melaka since early this year.Those convicted face a maximum jail term of five years and a fine; if they are also found to have stolen items, their jail sentence can be increased to 14 years.Ahmad Khuzaimi's house was broken into while he was out for a training session at the Selangor Training Centre in Shah Alam on June 26.
