Majistret Mohamad Aizat Abdul Rahim menjatuhkan hukuman itu terhadap DSI Empire Sdn Bhd yang diwakili pengarah syarikatnya Safiey Alias atau nama sebenarnya Mohd Safiuddin Ilias, 26, selepas dia mengaku bersalah atas dua pertuduhan dihadapi.
OKS dituduh melakukan kedua-dua kesalahan tersebut di premis syarikat itu di Jalan Kolam Air Panas, Desa Melawati di sini pada 11 pagi, 8 Mei 2019. Terdahulu, Safiey dalam rayuannya memohon hukuman ringan memandangkan perniagaannya sudah tidak berjalan sejak setahun lalu selain turut memaklumkan mempunyai masalah kesihatan.
