A COMPANY owned by cosmetics entrepreneur Safiey Ilias was fined RM23,000 by the Magistrate Court today, for possessing and selling a health product not registered under the Health Ministry. Magistrate Mohamad Aizat Abdul Rahim meted out the sentence on DSI Empire Sdn Bhd, which was represented by Safiey, 26, whose full name is Mohd Safiuddin Ilias, as the director of the company, after he pleaded guilty to two charges.
