In fact, a study found that going to concerts or gigs every 2 weeks could extend your life expectancy by a whopping 9 YEARS! In the study, bespoke psychometric and heart tests at a range of well-being activities, including going to concerts, yoga and dog walking found that:Specifically, when going to concerts, the key markers across the happiness spectrum showed increases, including feelings of self-worth by 25%, closeness to others by 25% and mental stimulation by an impressive 75%.
