He said the flash floods that hit the city earlier today were caused by excessive rainfall and high tide. Onn Hafiz said he has asked the local authorities and the public works, transportation and infrastructure committee exco Mohamad Fazli Mohamad Salleh to take immediate action so that the problem will not recur.
