College General is a Roman Catholic interdiocesan seminary located in Jalan Cengai, Tanjung Bungah, here.

When the charge was read separately to them, each admitted to gathering at the field and playing football around 5.30pm on March 31, something which they were not supposed to do during the MCO. “The seminarians were prohibited from leaving the compound and there was no social interaction with outsiders.

“The football game was part of a health maintenance for seminarians to keep fit. The field was deep inside the compound. The perimeters are fenced and there's security guard post at main entrance,” he added.
