Reclaim Sandakan for local party, Jeffrey says ahead of by-electionThe opposition leader says parties from the peninsula cannot be relied on to safeguard the interests of Sabahans. Local parties it is, hearts & minds are here in their tanah tumpah darah. But many of them have sold us off. My political acumen is only as good as what I see and hear & from what I gather, you can’t trust the current crop of sabahan leaders. They are all corrupted to the core. But I offer no solution either. Do you think it’s going to be any different if we become independent? The powerful families will rule for decades until we have another GE14 style tsunami!
