Malaysia has recorded 212 new Covid-19 cases over the past 24-hours - the highest daily increase since the start of the outbreak in late January.
Health Ministry director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said of the 212 new cases, 123 were traced to the Tabligh gathering in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur which took place late last month and have become the epicentre of the outbreak in Malaysia.
This tabligh event has been a total disaster. For everyone.
