MAHKAMAH Rayuan menetapkan 7 Februari tahun depan bagi mendengar rayuan Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu Perlis terhadap keputusan Mahkamah Tinggi tidak membenarkan ia mencelah prosiding perceraian Loh Siew Hong dan bekas suaminya Muhammad Nagahswaran Muniandy yang memeluk agama Islam.
MAIPs memohon mencelah prosiding itu bagi mengubah perintah penjagaan anak pasangan tersebut yang telah diberikan kepada Loh untuk membolehkan ia menyediakan pendidikan dan latihan yang Islamik serta zakat kepada ketiga-tiga kanak-kanak yang turut memeluk agama Islam bersama bapa mereka.
